Pete Kazanjy had zero sales background — his career started in product marketing at VMware. When his B2B recruiting software TalentBin 'didn't sell itself,' he had to become the first seller, sales manager, and sales leader all at once. That experience became his book Founding Sales, which Lenny calls 'the book I give every founder trying to figure out sales.'
