Bob Baxley tried photography, filmmaking, and piano before discovering design at 27 when he first saw a Macintosh. He led design at Apple (where six people designed the Apple Store for 30 countries), then Pinterest. When he left Apple for Yahoo, he 'bounced right off the culture like a stone.' His mother's death during that period crystallized his belief that your career is not your life.
