The Story Behind This Song
Lenny and Nels Gilbreth co-authored this piece after 10 years at Eventbrite and 7 years at Airbnb. They'd seen teams still working on their annual plan three months into the year, and half-assed plans rushed through approvals only to be abandoned after six months. But one team at Airbnb consistently stayed ahead of planning — always ready to rock and roll on day one — and delivered significantly more impact with higher morale than anyone else.
