Rahul Vohra came on Lenny's podcast and revealed that Superhuman initially scored just 22% on the Sean Ellis PMF test, well below the 40% threshold. Instead of panicking, he segmented responses to find his 'high-expectation customers' and rebuilt the product around them. Three years later, Superhuman hit 58%. That episode gave the startup world a concrete, repeatable way to measure the thing everyone said you'd 'just know' when you had it.
